Popcult Helsinki 2019 offers many options for commercial cooperation and sponsorships.

Listed below are the basic prices for the Traders’ Hall and advertisements.

Vendors’ Hall

Popcult’s Vendors’ Hall is located in the spacious foyer of the Marina Congress Center, right next to the center’s main entrance. The foyer is guarded and inventories can be left there overnight.

Tables in the Vendors’ Hall typically include a table and chairs. Please contact the Head of the Vendors’ Hall Riikka Haapanen, if you do not wish to have tables and/or chairs. Vendors are allowed to bring along shelves and other displays.

Participating Traders will be listed on the Popcult website prior to the event.

The sale of counterfeit products is forbidden. Traders may be requested to remove any counterfeit items from sale.

Prices

170 euros per slot for the full weekend, incl. table and chairs.
Space per slot 170cm x 200cm (table size: 70cm x 140cm)
Extra space incl. table and chairs 80 euros for the full weekend.

Table price includes two complimentary passes to the convention.

Popcult offers reduced entry fees to Vendors’ and their associates. Please contact Riikka Haapanen for further details.

The printed program is free of charge and handed out to convention attendees. The program will be printed in full-colour.
